STAFF-LED SCHOOL

As a staff-led school, each staff member at DREAM serves on one committee. Each committee is responsible for various administrative items and types of school affairs that would regularly be the responsibility of a leadership team. Being a staff-led school allows staff to work collaboratively to shape the development of the school and empower each other to have a voice. By working together to lead the school, DREAM staff model the very democratic process for which we hope to prepare our students.
